Johnny came around and gave us competitive quote within one day of posting the job and booked us for the following week. He is very patient, pleasant and polite.

Really happy with the recent work that John and his team have done on my roof. The chimney and ridge tiles have been repointed and new guttering fitted to the front of the house. John also checked all the roof tiles whilst up there. Communication throughout has been great. There was a delay between the initial quote in December and the job being completed but this was because of Christmas coming in between and also the bad weather! But I was kept updated regularly, which I really appreciated. John also took the time to show me photos of the roof before the work was carried out and also “after” photos so I could see exactly what had been done. Will not hesitate to contact John for further jobs and will certainly recommend him to others.

John came round give us a quote for facials and soffits and guttering . We agreed price for the job and he came and did a good job and and when he finish cleaned up everything . John is top man definitely I will recommend him to any wants they roof doing .

John quoted me for fixing my roof. He was a couple of hundred pounds more expensive than my other quotes (not including the scaffolding), but I chose John as he had a calm approach and I felt I could trust him. John said he would fix anything he found up there, he took before and after pictures, and I believe he has done a great job. The watermarks on the inside of my attic room have disappeared so it's super dry and sound up on my roof now. Good thing about John is he always answers his phone too, I could easily get hold of him, and he was very patient.

Hired John to fix leak round chimney in May 2020. Paid him £570.By Oct water coming in again. Contacted him and said he would be here "as soon as possible" waited a few days and did not come or even attempt to contact me. Contacted my builder.com to complain. They rang John who told them he would contact me the next day, 3 days later and no call from him. Now all trust has gone and I face myself having to find a trustworthy builder to rectify his work. Find it disgraceful that a company can morally do this. I chose John due to good feedback so I believed he was good at his job and had morals. I seem to be one of the unlucky ones where my money did not matter and the work undertaken in his name did not matter. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.

Quick and professional communication. Very clear and detailed about the work being done, both before and after the job. Important when theres no way to see the issues yourself for some chimney/roof work. Would 100% recommend.

John was polite and professional. The job he did was great and he left the area spotlessly clean. I would definitely use him again. If I had to say one negative thing it would be the price for the job was quite high based on the time it took. But that said I accepted the price up front and the end result was great.
