Very satisfied with John's honesty.He arrived on said day,even though it had snowed ,unfortunately conditions were too bad.They returned next day and worked straight through the day to finish job .Didn't even stop for a lunch break .If I have any other jobs I would be contacting Warmseal

John and his team took the old felt off, put on a new roofing boards, install a Firestone EPDM rubber membrane roof covering complete with edge trim and corners. It looks fantastic and has 20 year guarantee. My next door neighbour was so impressed he asked for John’s business card. Area left neat and tidy. Great job.

The job was a complete re-roof, a massive undertaking. They set about the job in a very professional manner. Despite some inclimate weather they carried on through it, cheerful and non stopping all day. What a difference it has made to my roof! It's an excellent job very well done by a very proficient team. You felt safe and confident in their workmanship. They kept you informed about what was going to happen on that particular day. They come very highly recommended.They kept the site clean and tidy. John arrived on time to replace our leaky garden room roof with a rubber sealed roof. We were so relieved to see him after a week of torrential rain. John and his assistant worked really hard to complete the job in a day before the weather turned. They did a professional and neat job, clearing the old materials away as they worked. We are very pleased with the roof and a watertight room. Thanks John.

Hugely disappointed with the service from this company. We had four separate appointments for this company to repair our flatroof, they did not show for any of them! Two of the failed appointments were due to the weather BUT they made no attempt to contact us to re-arrange, it was me who had to chase them. The final straw was Friday 5th of February, when the sun was shining, they did not arrive to carry out the repair and I heard nothing from them until I called them today Monday 8th February to tell them I would find another tradesman. I would definitely NOT recommend.

Warmseal reroofed my flat kitchen roof with Firestone rubber,found to be very reliable and good workmen,they were both pleasant and well mannered and I would have no hesitation in reccomending them,left everywhere clean and tidy very happy with the job.
