The repair job was completed satisfactorily

Great guys, efficient, punctual, friendly. Did a great job. Highly recommended.

New gutters leaking only 3 weeks after he installed and charged £550 for 2 hours work. He didn’t tell me to install new fascia at the time of new gutters( which is unusual ) instead took down old gutter and then told me it would be extra to install new fascia . He should have inspected the fascia in his first visit. He didn’t bring scaffolding instead jumped on conservatory roof. He didn’t provide labour and materials breakdown. When you visit customers first time check the condition of the roof and it would have avoided a lot of hassle. He didn’t want to refund and was sarcastic. Zero confidence in his work. Don’t recommend.

Failed to contact me with a start date within the timeframe he set, therefore I cancelled the job and went to another roofing contactor, who completed the job.

Job was completed in a windy condition thanks for that.

Called Mr Hartley about a leaking flat roof over an alcove. He arrived same day and assessed the work. Quote was in line with expectation and Internet guide for the work. Work was explained. Estimate was produced. Mr Hartley fitted in the job at short notice. Completed in a rare spell of decent weather in February. Nicely finished off with good explanation throughout. The damp problem caused by the roof has been solved. Very good experience. I would use this tradesman again.

Clear and informative quote, outlined pros and cons of various options at different price points without pressure selling, just good information and gave me time to consider before finalising agreement. Job was done next week day after confirming, with clear communication.

William and his team did a great job on my roof, there knowledge and expertise was greatly appreciate and the materials used are good quality, always arrived when expected and did a full days work. Would defiantly call him next time I need anything done. Thanks again....

Came to view the job,organised scaffolders and returned when set up,found a few more issues and gave me a quote.Having to work round the foul weather but all work completed and waste cleared away,good workers and polite.

The team have done such a fantastic job replacing my guttering and completing other roof and chimney repair work that needed doing. They were quick to come out and they managed to fit in the urgent work around their other jobs which was very much appreciated in the recent stormy weather! Would not hesitate to use them again in the future, thank you!!
