Polite and easy going, most contractors moan about having to come to the walkway as there is no easy parking but these guys just go on with it.

Hope everyone is safe and well, it's been a tough time for everyone especially those in the vulnerable group like my wife and I, reason I mention this is that William was really understanding of this, when he came to quote for the job, he observed social distancing and went that extra mile to explain things. Whilst his quote wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive we decided to hire William because of his knowledge and experience of his industry. Williams team worked incredibly hard and replaced our flat roofs with a fibreglass system. There where a couple of things that needed sorting out after the job but these where dealt with quickly and hassle free. So far happy with the work, cannot say if it's watertight as we've had no rain, so fingers crossed. Thank you William and his team

Hired Willie to replace my soffits, facias and guttering. Work started the next day and was carried out to a high standard. Friendly and helpful throughout and the work was carried out conscientiously and with obvious attention to detail. Very pleased with the results and would highly recommend W Hartley Ltd.
