And for this W.A Brown Builders deserves this 100% record. Wayne & his team was the most professional, helpful and polite builders I have ever had. Wayne’s quote was accurate and I was kept updated about the job consistently and he also kept updating me on any changes or extras along the way and with a quote,emailing it to me so I was instantly informed of the progress. In return Wayne’s response was prompt and caring to my needs My job included restructuring of the Bathroom, replacing the Bath with a Shower system, replacing toilet & sink, Improving the floor and correcting any leaks. Replacing the Kitchen Ceiling and correcting any leaks. Wayne has a very structured team of workers with specific jobs, for example, plumbers, painters, roofers, plasterers, tilers and carpenters etc.. not forgetting Wayne the master planner and superb Boss. Wayne and his team were always prompt and polite and were all experts in their field and all of them worked exceptionally hard to get the job completed to a high standard and most importantly within the time frame given. The quality of work was exceptional and very tidy. WA Builders deserves their 100% track record and I hope it is maintained going forward. I will definitely go back to Wayne if I have other Jobs. Wayne was extremely professional and did the carpentry job (fitting skirting boards) to a great standard. I'm really happy with the result.

Could not recommend Wayne and his team enough. The most professional, helpful and polite builder we have ever dealt with. Extremely efficient from start to finish - such as providing an accurate quote (with measurements) in less than 6 hours of viewing the job, consistently updating the quote daily to any changes or extras along the way and emailing it to keep us informed, instantly responsive when we called/messaged and the list goes on. The job included resurfacing the roof to improve dampness and leaks, removing existing boiler system and replacing with a combination boiler, building a partition wall and suspended ceilings, raising the floor in certain areas and general refurbishment of entire salon, staff room and toilet. Wayne has separate teams for specific jobs e.g. painters, plasterers, roofers etc.. which are all experts in their field and all work exceptionally hard to get the job completed to a high quality and within the time frame given (also very tidy). Everything ran smoothly during the entire job thanks to Wayne's organisation of his team and his knowledge and expertise on every area of the job. We expressed to Wayne that we would like to keep the salon open for business as much as we could during the construction and it definitely was not a problem at all. Wayne and his team were flexible in meeting our requirements and would even work Sundays and bank holidays to get the job finished and minimise salon closure. Overall we have found a builder for life!!!
