Wayne and his team undertook repairs to my kitchen floor and walls that had been damaged by an ongoing leak from an unidentified source. This involved removing the existing floor tiles, checking the floorboard and joists for damage and, most importantly, locating the leak. All the fitted kitchen base units had to be removed and afterwards put back. All in all, a fairly big and disruptive job as it left me without a kitchen for a few days! Thanks to Wayne and his efficient planning, the disruption was minimised and all the jobs got done quickly and to a high standard. Throughout the works, Wayne kept me informed about progress and additional jobs that needed to be undertaken (e.g. spraying the floorboards with fungicide to prevent future dry rot). I was amazed by the speed with which Wayne provided and updated quotes and the detail of the costs involved which ensured that no unexpected extras cropped up later. On finishing the job, Wayne took great care to make sure there were no further leaks anywhere and that I was happy with the overall finish. Last but not least, the team were very pleasant to have around and Wayne made this a very happy experience with his cheery personality! I'd happily hire Wayne again for any future jobs and will ask him to quote for some plastering and remedial work to a ceiling. Thank you Wayne and team! :-)

Wayne completed the job required to a high standard. He was neat, professional and polite and did a good job of cleaning up. He was able to accommodate my on-the-day request to replace the skirting board as well as do the skim job and I would recommend him as well as use him again.

Wayne gave a competitive quote, and although not the lowest I hired him based on all the positive feedback on this site. He's friendly and he and Lance are easy to have around. He kept me fully informed throughout the job as problems arose (one of my windows was more rotten than anticipated and couldn't be completed in this job, but he replaced the sill and is looking into getting the right wood for the casement for me) and was also considerate when some of the sawing had to be done inside (putting up sheets to keep the dust to a minimum). I'll happily ask Wayne to quote for future jobs such as my kitchen fitting. Thanks.
