Iyes replied to my ad very quickly and had finished the job within a few hours of me posting it. The job was done to a high standard and at a fair price. Iyes is clearly a professional who knows what he's doing. Would not hesitate to use again.

Lyes came on a Saturday (not charging any extra), completed the job despite a few unexpected issues (didn’t charge extra for that either), explained everything, stayed extra time to ensure there were no leaks (didn’t charge extra time) and left the place immaculate. Great communication throughout, before appointment and during appointment. Highly recommended.

It was a complicated job and we changed my mind last minute how we needed it done. Lyes (plumber) was understanding and didn’t charge us additional and did they job how we wanted it. He had to hide connections and pipes, drill through the tiles to make it look clean and presentable. This was great as we have new build home and we didn’t want to see additional pipes outside of the walls but Lyes was able to do this very clean and professionally. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a competitive price and highly professional work!!

I had a massive water leak in my bathroom and needed a plumber to fix it as quickly as possible. After posting my job, I received an immediate response and Lyes arrived the same day he was shortlisted as it was an emergency. From my experience I know that emergency plumbers are very expensive and was expecting to be quoted an eye watering amount. To my surprise, Lyes did not charge me the call out fee, neither he asked for extortionate amount of money. It was a daily rate and the costs of materials. He completed the job in the time specified and left my bathroom clean and tidy, something many traders fail to do. I was and am beyond happy with the job carried out and Lyes’s phone number is now saved on my phone as honest, reliable and trustworthy professionals like him are hard to find. I truly believe that other trades should really look at VLC and Lyes’ business as a bench mark for what they do and how they do it. I recommend Lyes 100% for all plumbing jobs. Thank you for your fantastic job. And thank you for putting up with a monster of my dog 😉
