James did a great job installing an aqua channel drain on our driveway. He was friendly and professional, got the job done quickly, responded quickly to messages and tidied up afterwards. His quote was also considerably lower than the others we got and he managed to complete the work within a few days of coming to do the quote. Very happy, would definitely recommend.

James did a first class job of laying a patio and new artificial turf. Job was done in timescale indicates in quite even though there was some pretty bad weather to contend with. Was particularly pleased when he called to tell me that the paving we had picked did not match well with the circle kit even though they were sold from the same supplier and had the same description, James took it on himself to resolve the issue and arranged a new supply which matched perfectly. I’m not convinced all builders would have went to the bother.

Really pleased with the work. Quick response to advert, work completed well within the timescale required. Good communication from James who gave helpful suggestions and ideas on how to fit an extra vehicle on the driveway. Moved large shed back and left everything clean and tidy. Would definitely use again, professional job and would recommend to others. Nice team. Thanks for a job well done.

Thank you to James and his team for doing a fantastic job replacing our old timber decking at the back of the house and creating a staircase down to the bottom of the garden. Turned up when they said they would, got the job done quickly and cleared up all the mess before leaving. I would highly recommend this Company.

Work completed to our satisfaction. Clean and tidy

Although the original job was posted 2017, due to a number of unavoidable delays on other projects James and I shifted dates a number of times, some my fault and others his, this was agreed by both parties. Since the garden clearance and new fencing required good weather conditions it was agreed to start the work 21.04.18. James then called off the work 18.04.18 due to MOT expiary of his truck, this was accepted as oversights happen, although i had arranged with neighbours for the work so had to inform them of the change of dates. I confirmed a new date for the start 04.05.18 to James by email, mobile, Whatsapp and via this site as he requested and to date nothing heard, not even a message to say he no longer wanted to carry out the work. Highly frustrating and unprofessional to not even contact me any further, i have now had to repost the job at a time when similar trades are booked out. I have given James ample oppertunity to reply but recieved nothing. My recommendation is to avoid James if you have a tight schedule or want written responses on questions, he is however professional in his quotes but they are no good if the work is never actually completed. Just frustrating!
