Clear out, fix up our front and back gardens
James Stenhouse Landscaping did not complete this job. They started the work, and made good initial progress. Weather delays and a lack of communication led me to question when the job would be completed. James then responded by refusing to do any of the work, and did not return our deposit. We investigated taking legal action against the company, and found that the address they post on their website is false - we were unable to deliver a registered letter to the company and they block our calls and queries. We do think they would do good work, but poor communication, a lack of James himself on site, and a ridiculous response and refusal to complete the job and misrepresentation on the website means I cannot recommend this company.

My home address is on my business card, is the signature on all my emails and is on my insurance documents which are verified by MyBuilder. A simple Google search will bring up my home address. To say my address doesn't exist is untrue. We took a deposit from Mr Shaver. By the time I decided to pull out we had completed over a weeks work by two of my employees and had spent a considerable amount on materials. We actually lost money. I was on holiday in Shetland whilst the work was ongoing which he knew about. He caused us so much grief with his incessant, unfounded complaints I quit. Pulling out was a difficult decision to make but I saw no other way of dealing with an irreparable situation.
