Really helpful and personable chap. He was hardworking and clearly knew his stuff. He also considered/offered different options to help me keep costs down which made me feel reassured and empowered to make an informed choice. I would definitely recommend him and will call him again in future if I need anything else doing.

Outstanding service, quick, reliable & affordable! I had a blocked sink pipe and I was searching for a plumber who was both reliable and free. Everyone I contacted either couldn't make it on the day or were charging call out fees. I found Thomas on this site and his profile gave me all I needed to know about his services. He gave me a very transparent solution, which would be that he would remove the blockage for a fixed price and if it returns in 30 days, he would return to do it again for free. Thomas arranged to come later that week but he had some free time on the day we contacted him and arrived at the time he said he would. He was very friendly, knew what he was doing and cleared the blockage with a special vacuum apparatus, in a matter of a few minutes - and without making any mess. (There is an after-stench but that clears within an hour with good ventilation and your wife's candles). The water was running fine without pooling in the sink. A day later, there are no leaks and everything is working as if nothing ever happened! We've already recommended Thomas to others. This is someone you want to keep in your contacts indefinitely, because sometimes those blockages need more than drain cleaning gels/foam. Thank you Thomas!

Tom did a good job replacing my shower and bathroom tap,gave me a reasonable quote ,is very good at his job plenty of knowledge,part was missing went out of his way to get new one ,very polite and left every thing tidy would recomend him if i need any more work done thank you thomas

plumber turned up on time!! very pleasant and people friendly, a bit of a perfectionist and tidy-up as well! was more than satisfied with the finish and he,s coming back to do me another job, so yes, excellent plumber, would highly recommend him.

Thomas was so helpful, got back to me quickly and did a great job. He ended up fitting a new kitchen tap and fixing a broken sink as well as fitting the stopcock tap. Will definitely be using his services again in future.

Tom came very quickly, came up with multiple options to solve the problem and worked tirelessly to sort it all out for us within a couple of days. Nothing fazed him and he went above and beyond to get us back up and running!

Tom, was very responsive and easy to communicate with. He arrived as planned and carried out a survey without any fuss. Seemed knowledgeable in diagnosing the issue and offered advice on how to resolve it.

Tom arrived when he said he would and assessed what needed doing. We chose some new bath taps which he then went and collected and fitted. The bathroom was left neat and tidy. We will definitely be calling Tom if we have any plumbing jobs in future.
