Tom was absolutely superb. My partner and I don’t know the first thing about plumbing and dishwashers, and Tom made the unorthodox DIY setup under our sink feel so accessible. He’s a great communicator, a lovely genuine guy and very clean and punctual, and we felt immediately comfortable with him in our home and were so impressed by every aspect of his work.
