Excellent job - completed on time, on budget and we were very pleased with the result. David was particularly helpful and knowledgable, but all his team were friendly and professional.

Carried out damp proofing as requested and very happy with the works which we paid for straight away. The works were completed a few months ago now and we are still waiting for the guarantees for the damp proofing which we were told they would post onto us

I cannot recommend these guys enough. They quoted me almost half of what I was quoted by a known firm. Given the existing feedback, I went ahead with getting the damp proofing done to our new home - the kitchen. They arrived within a week, punctually. The timescale quoted for the work was absolutely accurate. The job was done in less than 2 days and they tidied up nicely too. These guys are very approachable and friendly and they have given me a number of pointers in respect of other matters relating to work on the house. The work was done to a great standard and on leaving, it was as though they'd never set foot in the house (in respect of how they cleaned up). As a bonus, they even took my rubble bags from work I'd done previously. These guys exceeded my expectations by miles as they did more than what was required of them and in a very professional and friendly way. If I ever need any further damp proofing work done, I will not be going elsewhere. A massive thank you from me to 3 Counties and Mybuilder.com (for helping me find these guys).

Did the job to a high standard, competitively priced, punctual and completed in the time frame quoted. Was very helpful in making suggestions and was happy to take on extra work which was not originally planned. I would not hesitate to use again and would highly recommend to all.

Issue: Rising Damp, Rotten Joists, Replacement Wooden Floor and Precautionary Spray of Cellar for Wood Boring Insects Review: After receiving a ridiculous quote from Rentokil and some hard sell from Peter Cox, Dave from Three Counties came round to quote and not only provided the most competitive quotation but included things like replacing skirting boards and removing and putting back radiators, all hidden and expensive costs the other companies charge extra for. We were not only impressed with the price but the quality of work was excellent. Dave turned up when he said they would and went above and beyond without charging any extra. At the end of each day Dave and his team also did an excellent clean up job to ensure no mess left behind. The work also came with a 30 year guarantee both from Three Counties and Biokill to ensure the work is covered. Conclusion: Avoid the over priced estate agent favourites like Preserva and Midland Preservation, the high prices of Rentokil and hard sell of Peter Cox and use these guys instead. I have no hesitation in recommending Three Counties Damp and Groundworks, they can't be beaten on price or craftsmanship and we will definitely be using them again for any damp proofing and related works.

Fantastic job! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. After having a nightmare with tradesmen in the past it is refreshing to deal with someone who values customer service and who delivers what they say them will. I will be using them again in the future!!
