Dave and his team have done a fantastic job of a damp proof course on my old cottage. I felt reassured and not pressured when I met Dave.The quality of work was excellent plastering and skirting's. They obviously take pride in the end result. the plastering replaced needed to be very thick due to it being an old cottage but Dave stuck to his original quote even though extra work was involved. I would recommend Three Counties every time the work was faultless!! The property was empty and I trusted Dave with a key to get on with the job which he did and was only a phone call away if I had any questions. It is so hard to find trustworthy tradesmen and think when you do they deserves recognition. Dave seems to be able to turn his hand to anything or if he cant he seems to know someone that can he also put me in touch with a good roofer. I will be in touch again if I need any thing else doing. Many thanks for all the hard work and dedication you have shown. The price was very competitive compared to other quotes I have had.

Three counties damp proofing are and excellent firm. Dave quoted us a very fair price which was up to £1500 cheaper than some of the other quotes we received. During the works being carried out they kept mess to a minimum. We also had some additional works done which wasn't included in the quote which Dave charged a very fair price for. All in all a great company and would highly recommend .

Dave came out and quoted for the job, was pleasantly surprised, the cost was very competetive, a lot less than I thought as the job was much bigger than we thought, and 4 external walls, the fireplace and one internal wall needed to be done. Received the quote in writing, plus the diagram of walls to be damproofed and replastered together with a rundown of works and their 30 year damproof guarantee. Mark and Matt turned up on time, were very tidy workers and took all the mess away with them. Cannot fault their work, did an excellent job considering it is a terraced victorian house and the walls are wonky, they have actually straightened them out! Dave explained everything quite clearly and also pointed out where some of the damp was coming in higher up the wall, for this we are grateful and can get it remedied. The job was finished on time and we are extremely happy with the results, they are also very friendly tradesmen and very easy to get on with, they were also quite happy to work whilst we were in the house. After the job was complete Dave e-mailed my receipt and my 30 year guarantee very promptly. Thank you again and we would not hesitate to recommend 3 Counties, job well done!

Dave and his team have done a brilliant job. He completed all of the work within the time frame specified and even extended this to a section of the wall which was not included in quote for no extra cost and left us some extra plaster for our electrican. Dave was quick, tidy, efficient and easily contactable. Overall, it was a pleasure doing business with three counties. Would highly recommend.

I had a full damp proofing and re-plastering carried out. They were very professional, they went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect when they carried out the job and cleaned where they had been to a higher standard than they found it. They communicated throughout to keep informed of everything they were doing, so I was never in the dark about their work. I can recommend very highly, very trust worthy and hard working group. They also pointed out other work that I needed to do and put me in touch with the right person to complete this at a very reasonable price. They also fitted 2 PIV units in 2 properties I had, both are working great and I can recommend these for anyone with any condensation or damp problems, it cleared it up in the first day of having it fitted. I would advise getting a PIV with the heater attached though, the air can be a little cold on colder nights. Thanks for the work and I'll be in touch if anything else comes my way.
