Good work, friendly professional.

Thomas Mellor of Mellor Roofing replaced the fascia, soffit and gutter on the front of my house and installed a new bargeboard along the gable end. All the work was completed to a high standard and as specified in the quote. Thomas handled the entire job professionally and efficiently. He came to look at the house and discuss the work, sent the quote for the work on the same day, agreed a timetable - and stuck to it - and worked very hard. As the work was at roof level - too high for me to see easily - Thomas took photographs and videos of his work as it progressed and at the end when everything was finished. This allowed me to check the work and gave me confidence that the job had been done well. I am very happy with Thomas' work and with the way it was carried out. I highly recommend Thomas Mellor of Mellor Roofing.

Great work by Thomas and his colleague Liam. They fitted one Velux window above my bathroom, and helped to to troubleshoot another old Velux which was quite a tricky job, but the guys persisted! Very prompt communication before and during the installation, attention to detail, lots of experience and enthusiasm for the job. Would highly recommend!

I contacted Tom to fit a traditional style roof to my new oak framed porch. He turned up the same day, provided a detailed and very competitive quote that evening and then two days later the job was complete. And what a job he has done! His knowledge and enthusiasm were evident and the end result is a roof that feels like it has been hand crafted with attention to detail in all areas perfectly complementing the oak frame that it sits upon. You’d never guess that he did all this on what turned out to be two of the hottest days of the year! I’d highly recommend Tom to anyone considering roof work. He turned out to be a cut above any other roofer I’d contacted. He’s really easy to work with, flexible, friendly, easy to talk to and truly brilliant at his job. Top job buddy 5 stars all round!:)

Thomas did a fantastic job of replacing our old guttering. He was always friendly, thoroughly professional and kept in regular contact prior to starting the job. Thomas visited the house to assess the job very quickly and gave a thorough explanation of the work needed. His workmanship was excellent and he cleaned up thoroughly when the job was done, taking the old guttering away for disposal. I highly recommend Thomas and will definitely call upon his services again.
