Tom took photos of my roof so I could see the damage which needed repairing. He sent me the quote and photos so I felt he was very trustworthy. He was very professional through out the job and cleaned up after them, which was great. I would recommend (Tom) Mellor Roofing to anyone that had an issue with their roof, he does a brilliant job!

Posted our job on a Friday night And within 5 minutes Tom responded and contacted me.. actually came to have a look within the hour and gave me quote the same night.. reasonable rate on supply and fit new gutter and brilliant communication throughout.. Job done to a professional standard and Tom went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.. cleaned up and took everything away after... would not hesitate to book his services again.. Tom went through the issues we had, explaining the roof tile choices available to us and gave a fair price to undertake the job. He was always contactable and open about when he could fit us in. The job was done to a high standard and the garden clean and tidy when completed. I would recommend Tom to anyone needing roofing work done.

Tom has just finished securing my ridge tiles and refitting all the guttering. I’ve dealt with many trades people over the years and Tom is probably one of the best I’ve used. Tom carried out the work to what looks to me a layman to be of a high standard - I went up the ladder to check and checked from within the loft - all good. He has sent me pics of before and after too - he even used some left over mortar to re-lay some of my paving stones in the garden - cheers Tom
