Having found the Flooring Mill on My Builder.com and being contacted by Darrin, The Flooring Mill have just completed the fitting of a new laminate floor to the ground floor of our house. From the initial contact with Darrin through to the finished job, the company have been very professional in their approach to the job. The team of fitters were polite, friendly and diligent in their work, and nothing was too much trouble for them to work around our needs. In these challenging times, they followed the Covid guidelines of masks and distance. I have no hesitation in recommending this company for the work they do and should we decide to add further flooring I would look nowhere else.

Great service from start to end. Quote was very good and within my budget. Communication with Darrin before fitting was excellent. Guys that fitted the floor were great.. professional and friendly. Great with my little kids which lessened my stress. Floor looks so good, has made such a positive change to our home. I cannot fault the quality of work. Arrived on time were professional and experienced tradesmen Who came to do the job. After they had left there were a couple of issues but they were sorted out in quick time. I would recommend them to anyone

We are thrilled with our new floor. From the very start customer service has been superb. Darrin has been informative and outlined all aspects of the job clearly and precisely, making some well reasoned suggested products all at a very reasonable quote compared to other companies. Given this was all accomplished during the COVID lockdown, his team, Dom and Tom made a visit early on to view the job and make sure all was safe to carry out the work. For the days they were here with assistance from a new apprentice, Jordon, all were excellent and clearly work well together. Laying herringbone in the hallway through into the lounge was tricky due to the shape of our rooms but the finish is completely seamless. All have a fine eye for detail and this is evident in the way the floor was laid and skirting boards and boxing in was accomplished. All work was clean and tidy and debris was cleared away leaving us with a clear room to marvel at our new floor. We would absolutely recommend The Flooring Mill. Thank you all.

I have had an absolutely first class service from this company, from the quote to the floor fitting. The tradesman in my home were extremely professional and the fitting is excellent. I would highly recommend this company- don't waste your time with another. The price was also very competitive, excellent value. Many many thanks.

The flooring mill made a great job of fitting 38sqm of 7mm laminate floor. The job was done very quickly by 3 men. I did have to call them back to rectify a few mistakes but overall a good job for a very fair price.

Quality service from beginning to end... Darrin and his team provided an excellent service from the start and we are very happy with the results. We found them to be excellent communicators both when quoting the job and when the team were on site to complete the work. As the work was carried out during the COVID pandemic (post restrictions being eased), they went the extra mile to come and view the job beforehand to ensure both themselves and our family could remain safe by practising social distancing. This demonstrated a level of care that gave a huge amount of confidence to us. The work itself (full room laminate, underlay and new skirting) is to the highest quality and I am so glad we used The Flooring Mill. All materials and debris was cleared away leaving everything as they found it. The installation team were very polite, well mannered and discussed queries and progress with us at all times. We have already asked for more work to be quoted... that's how happy we were! We would highly recommend The Flooring Mill!
