Quality service and an excellent job done.

Only just got round to writing this, but the flooring mill did an amazing job on our living room. The laminate + skirting board looks brilliant and the team was friendly, efficient, and professional. We want to do up the whole house with similar flooring so will definitely be using again!

We contracted the Flooring Mill to fit new engineered wood flooring for front room and living room, and laminate flooring to hall and stairs. We are super pleased with the work the team delivered. Very professional, start to finish! All of them were very friendly, and the team of fitters are excellent at problem solving and developing solutions. The end result looks fantastic and we are very pleased! Would recommend them to anybody!

They did nice job. Came on time and got on with the job. We did not have any problem. Still waiting for guarantee.

Its with regret that I am leaving this review, but feel I have no option.I come across this company when I listed a job to fit some chevron flooring. They replied more of less straight away to adv that their fitters have a wealth of experience & are not just joiners but actual specialists so we decided to go ahead. Due to the characters I can’t provide a full vers of the appalling service that I’ve rec from this Company but to cut a long story short their “fitters” certainly aren’t as described. The Flooring Mill sent an individual named Liam Billingham (sub contractor) to our property who has caused over 5k of damage due to the fact that he is incompetent in fitting flooring (despite them advising he had over 12 years experience). He has various complaints registered against his name & a number of CCJS registered against him for poor workmanship. It’s alarming that The Flooring Mill has failed to check together with his abilities as a flooring technician prior to sending him to customers homes. Whilst we appreciate Liam has left The Flooring Mill we would never have come across him if he wasn’t originally sent by them. I have contacted them to advise I’m disgusted that they have been dishonest however I’ve failed to received any response but they have seen this as they have removed all traces of him from Social Media which confirms my suspicions. This is now prog formally but I just want to warn others against this company. Everything documented today is 100% accurate.

It's been a pleasure dealing with this Company. Without any hesitation , I would recommend Darrin and his team to anyone who wants laminate. The team who came around for my flooring Chris and Jordan where both very professional and polite. Best company I have ever dealt with. Graham and Donna

Darrin came out to survey and quote for us and helped us to choose the right product for our floor. His team came on time to screed the very bad concrete floor that was uneven due to the previous floor removal and then fit the new flooring to complete our new kitchen. At all times the team were professional, Covid aware and safe whilst working in our home. They did a very good job all round and we would have no hesitation in recommending the Flooring Mill to anyone
