Spoke to Thomas on the Saturday morning about the problem and arranged for him to come round on the Sunday at 11:30 am , Thomas text the next morning to say behind on the first job but will be round asap. He arrived 12:45 pm and we discussed the issue and what I thought the issue was , tommy had a good look round the boiler and tightened all the connections round the TF1 filter ( this seemed to be the issue) tommy could quite easily of recommended replacing the TF1 filter (£100) plus fitting but suggested it only needed all connections re tightening, one week on and no issues of water etc , I would definitely use him again and will be doing so for a boiler service .. thanks Tommy

Thomas and his colleague were fantastic: quick response, punctual and they explained me everything they were doing and why,. Thomas gave me an excellent service and price and as one of the faults was very expensive to repair, he informed me of a way to make it affordable for me even if it meant they were not doing that job. It is difficult to find trustworthy traders, always a chance we take when we hire someone we do not know but I am so glad I called him! I will be asking him to do all the services in the future and any other job I might need doing. Very happy!!!

Great service - really quick to respond and book in the job and great communication all the way through. Job completed as promised without issue. Would recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use again:-)
