After a stressful time of choosing a gas engineer we decided on Thomas form TGS, he was very friendly and honest about the work and cost of the new boiler, once he advised us on which boiler was best we went ahead and purchased it and within 24 hours of the boiler turning up (to my partners relief) we had heat as well as hot water in the house, I'm very grateful for Thomas expertise and patience as I know nothing about boilers, the man is a true Saint. Thank you bro

I don’t like inviting or having tradespeople in my house, mainly due to bad experience. However, sometimes you have to bite the bullet especially as it was my boiler that needed repairing. I advertised my job and Tommy got in touch, was very professional and had everything sorted within the hour. 10/10

Originally asked another heating engineer to diagnose boiler fault and he tried to over charge for the job. Decided to post job on this site,Thomas very was quick to respond to the job.He spent some time trying to identify the fault and gave good advice on how to proceed with the repair.As soon as the boiler part was available, he was quick and keen to return to complete the job. Communication was great and he kept you informed about the job.He was friendly, well mannered,committed and put a lot of time and effort into getting a positive result.I would definately hire him again. Tommy came when I was having problems over the Easter holidays and looked at my boiler it needed some parts he said he would not be able to get the part till after the Easter break Which I fully understood But he said he would sort parts out for Tuesday and he would phone me to confirm he had the parts and arrange to fit the parts Which he fitted Tommy was a great help and a true professional in his trade And I will be using Tommy again for all my plumbing and boiler services and boiler repairs And would highly recommended Tommy for all your plumbing and heating repairs Thanks again Tommy and keep up the good work
