Very pleased with the work Tom did- a bathroom refit and cloakroom refit. As the work progressed a number of structural problems were discovered which Tom resolved calmly. Work done was to a good standard and each day he left the work area clean and tidy so causing the minimum inconvenience. We would certainly consider him for future work and recommend him to our family and friends. Thanks Tom

Was away from home and needed a job done urgently, Tom did the job quickly, professionally and his charge was very reasonable. Nothing to much trouble. Very pleased with his work and his manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

AVOID! Agreed the works; booked in, I paid for materials/hired tower scaffold but the said contractor felt scared on the tower 3 storeys up + walked off the job. Absolutely disgusted; tenants due to move in the property next month! Left to pursue for Breach of Contract.

Ground floor central heating upgrade with new radiators, pipes etc. Tom was very efficient in replying to my post and from the moment he walked through the door I could tell he knew his stuff. Work was completed to a high standard and would definitely recommend. Glad we found him after shoddy workmen we've had in the past I wish I had found him sooner. Price quoted was reasonable and he is a hard worker as carried out the job in no time. Thanks Tom :-)

Tom was brilliant, showed up on time for both the quote and the job, quote was received quickly and all communication was good and timely. He described what he was going to do and kept to his time schedule. He was professional and always asked before doing something. Quote he gave was very competitive and the job was done to a very high standard. Will definitely use again for any future plumbing jobs I need.

We are really pleased with our new bathroom The tiling was finished to an exellent standard, any extras that we wanted to add were not a problem. All Toms tradesmen were friendly and polite.A well done job at a fair price.We had a slight problem with a couple of things along the way but they were sorted out straight away, Thanks Tom!!.

Tom fitted an electric shower and under-sink heater for me. Throughout he was professional courteous and reliable. There were a couple of unforeseen problems along the way but Tom sorted them right away and within the original quote. Will definitely use again.
