Tom and his team (Ian and Simon) did an excellent job. Recovering botched work carried out by a previous "plumber"?? Making a disaster area into a beautiful bathroom. I cannot praise Tom's work and that of his team enough! This is the first time we have ever had work like this done in our home and it is so nerve wracking trying to find a reputable tradesman. Tom made the whole process so easy with his prompt, reliable and professional nature. We weren't entirely sure what we wanted so after an initial visit Tom came back again before starting work so we could fine tune exactly what we wanted in detail. His work is to a very high standard and he always tidied up after himself. He couldn't get the exact furniture I wanted but provided even nicer alternatives and he communicated well with us throughout. We have had a few minor teething problems which he has swiftly resolved (despite it being Easter Bank Holiday weekend). His price is very reasonable and his quotes are itemised so it's easy to see what you are getting for your money. We absolutely love our new bathroom! I would not hesitate to contact Tom if I needed any future plumbing work carried out and will recommend him to my friends and family. Thank you Tom (and team)!!

Tom gave us a price quickly and we were able to agree a date just a few days later. Fitted the four radiators in a part day and then came back the next day to fit an outside tap, also checking the radiator valves. Tom did a good job and is a nice guy. I would definitely use Tom again for further plumbing work

Arrived when he said he would. Completed our bathroom. A new bath ans fixed a leak on the hand basin. Clean worker we are pleased with the work carried out. He is a very pleasant man.

First class work. Contacted me straight away. Did the quote quickly and by the date he said he would. Came and did the job. Cheerful, polite and knows his stuff. Cleared up and left the place as he found it. Also did not patronise me for being a woman. That counts for a lot! Lovely tidy job done extremely professionally. Will definitely use again.

We had a new bathroom fully fitted by Tom - It was the first time we have arranged to have work carried out on a property so the task ahead was a daunting one (made worse by the fact I'm utterly useless with any form of DIY). Tom was quick to arrange a suitable date/time to price up the work for us but, more importantly, he explained our options in relation to how we can move/tidy/improve parts of the bathroom during renovation. This enabled us to build a better idea of how the bathroom would look and in understanding exactly what needs doing to achieve the best finish. The quote from Tom was highly competitive and, in addition to this, he provided guidance and assistance with supplies (tiles, trims etc) quickly. The process leading up to project was made much simpler with the additional support Tom provided throughout the project. We couldn’t be happier with the end result – the bathroom looks superb! The reliability, quality of workmanship and help received throughout led us to hire Tom for other jobs (New radiator/pipe work etc) which, again, was finished to a high standard. During our renovations we’ve had a total of three plumbers coming to do various jobs for us. Let’s just say I’m happy that the bigger job was left to Tom. Couldn't recommend him enough! Tom did an excellent job refurbishing our bathroom. He turned up on time for the quote and also to start the job. We had the work done whilst we were away for a few days. We returned home to a lovely new bathroom finished to a very high standard with all rubbish removed. It was obvious that Tom and his team had worked very hard to achieve this for us. Our neighbours told us how impressed they were by the fact that all rubbish was removed and not just left outside. We found Tom to be very competent friendly and trustworthy, would definitely use him for any future jobs and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to family and friends. Thank you Tom.
