Review left on 16 Jul 2024Rating: 5 out of 5Bathroom refreshAntony and his team did a wonderful job renovating our bathroom. He was very helpful with the initial planning and advice, and was accomodating to our needs as we progressed, fixing up the little things as well as they came up. Everything was done professionally, quickly and to a high standard. I would be very happy to recommend him.Answer from tradesperson:
Thanks for the feedback, we replaced the floor tiles, basin and toilet and refitted the old radiator (hence the flexis ;) ) Excellent customer to work for, was a pleasure

Review left on 8 Jul 2024Rating: 5 out of 5Bathroom rip out/refurb plus windowAntony and team did a great job refurbing our bathroom and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We ran into a few issues along the way with unexpected problems but he kept us informed of any issues and extra costs and checked before going ahead. nothing felt like too much of a problem to sort out. We’re happy with how it looks and planning to ask Antony back soon to replace some radiators in another room.Review from James, Romsey James, Romsey
Review left on 4 Jul 2024Rating: 1 out of 5Extension plumbingFirst fix plumbing for an extension bathroom and ensuite. Shower pipes not installed vertically so on second fix after tiling completed when holes were drilled for shower mixer pipework went through cold feed pipework due to being diagonal. Lots of holes left in new floor and no attempt to make good. Customer had to rectify. Access holes cut in plasterboard in kitchen for new toilet and waste pipework which was connected to existing stack, no attempt to make good and plasterboard left cut out. New toilet waste which had to go externally and then into kitchen. Leadwork and soffit boards left in poor repair. Damage to flat roof. Refused to repair and make good. Became hard to contact regarding this. Overall poor workmanship which caused lots of issues for second fix plumbing installation.Answer from tradesperson:
Hi James, You asked us to come and first fix your bathroom which we did. We would have come back to second fix however we found you incredibly rude even though we went above and beyond. We also pre warned you before carrying out the work that the floorboards needed taking up, holes needed to be drilled and plasterboard needed to be cut into. Which you then said you’d get your builder to sort out. It also does not help puting down floors before getting a plumber in to first fix. When the first fix was finished and tested we also didn’t receive the correct payment not to mention we had to wait weeks.
