Fantastic quick response, arrived within 30 mins. Unfortunately turned out to be much bigger job as leak under concrete flooring. Came back the next morning and spent whole day tracing and digging trying to access leak point. Turned out to be inaccessible due to depth below ground. Put in huge efforts through day to re establish water supply but stood down by insurers at tea time. Has kept in touch since to check on progress of repairs. A tradesman who cares about his customers. Happily use again or recommend to anyone else.

Really helpful.sprung a leak in radiator taking off for plastering.came out in 15 minutes on a Sunday evening .really efficient sorted problem out.

Antony was extremely polite and helpful from our very first conversation, where he asked a lot of questions and made suggestions to provide a detailed quote which I decided to proceed with for a complete bathroom renovation. Overall the project has been excellent. During the course of the work some issues came up, however Antony kept good communication and resolved everything to my satisfaction. During the project I wanted to make some changes and additions, and they were always receptive and helpful, suggesting solutions and giving feedback which I found valuable. I always felt that I was in good hands with Antony as he consistently demonstrated a highly respectable work ethic and clearly values his customers satisfaction, no matter what issues might arise. He was also mindful of how helpful it was to explain things in terms that I was able to understand, so that I was reassured about the outcome. Despite the work eventually taking longer than initially expected, mostly due to factors outside of their control and that I had very specific requirements with a few special items to be installed, I would definitely return to Antony first for any work in the future.

Did a great job installing a radiator in my dining room. Managed to fit the job in at short notice too. Will definitely use again.

Really happy with how our cloakroom bathroom turned out. Ant was able to arrange for work to start very quickly and coordinated with other trades on our behalf seamlessly. Nothing is too much hassle and he's only happy when you're happy. He went above and beyond when noticing our kitchen tap needed replacing and offered to sort it. Would recommend him to anyone.
