Stephen came along at short notice and completed this job is very little time and for a very fair price. This job had previously been left unfinished by another plumber who was very unreliable but Stephen took off from where he had left off with no fuss whatsoever and didn't charge me any extra than that which I had agreed to pay the first guy. I was very satisfied with his work, his punctuality, friendliness and politeness and will be recommending him to my friends.

Our toilet cistern required replacing - it is a 'hidden cistern' behind wall tiles - accessed from the top by removing a panel. We'd had another plumber quote on it, and they'd said they'd need to break the tile wall to access it as the access was too tight; Steven was confident he could complete the job without the need to impact the wall tiles - and was able to get greater access by taking down our mirror cabinet unit above the cistern access. Quick to quote and personable. There were a few delays in booking a date for the work, but the job was still done within 3 weeks of the initial quote. Work was done well, took a couple of hours and it is all working fine. We would happily use Stephen again in future.

Stephen was very friendly , helpful and professional. Finished the plumbing job for me timeously and even came back the next day to check if there was no overnight issues which I appreciated. Stephen fitted a water softener for me. I appreciated that when he came round to quote for the job that he took some time - often I feel that people can rush this stage and just throw a price at you but he was attentive, methodical and was happy to talk me through what he proposed to do. He quoted me a very competitive price and even went out of his way to pick up some salt for the softener when he returned to do the job. I was satisfied with his workmanship, communication and pricing.

Stephen installed a new sink for us. Did a great job and kept me informed of the risks installing our new floating unit sink on a stud wall - but managed to work a way around it by reinforcing. Really nice guy as well and took away our old sink which was a bonus. Would recommend him.

Stephen was really committed to getting the job done properly and was faced with more than he bargained for when he arrived. Stephen powered through to get the job done and went over and above to make sure it was right, he even fixed a problem that I didn’t notice, sticking to his original quote. Great guy, you can genuinely trust him to do a great job at a really fair price. I will be using Stephen again for sure.

Stephen came on time, examined the problem and diagnosed the fault. He was able to repair the fault without having to replace the whole shower fixture.
