Drips sorted. Happy customer.

Steven was amazing! He had to change two shower heat control valves. One in particular was not easy to remove but he was patient and tenacious until task successfully completed. He then sourced the new valves and fitted them. Again one in particular proved stubborn to make work correctly but he persevered until completed successfully. The whole job was more taxing than he had anticipated but he shows the right temperament to make a task succeed. He was very personable and considerate to me and my home. Stephen communicated well with me in relation to arrival time, he said he would be with me on the day and kept to his word. As a woman living on her own it is always worries me getting a trades person to complete a job in a field of work that I am not familiar with, in addition to this is not knowing the person who is carrying it out but Stephen totally put my mind at rest. The work being carried out was explained to me in a way that was not patronising and in layman's terms and it seemed to me that he had great pride in his workmanship and provided customer care opposed to just doing a job to be paid. I now have a properly flushing toilet again which I haven't for some time, really sad but so excited about this. If there were problems with parts, or something had gone wrong, or in fact anything else relating to plumbing in the future I would feel totally at ease getting back in touch with Stephen to get advice or carry out future work.

Stephen came very quickly to look at the issue and thoroughly assessed/worked out where the leak was actually coming from (not from where I thought it was). Did a quick and efficient job. Thank you.
