    Leaking pipe to bath mixer tap

    He fitted the wrong size washer, a sink washer in bath taps. Another plumber fitted correct washers. Stephen did not answer my call after he had been paid after assuring me he would come back if any problems.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    If wrong size washers were installed it would leak immediately! Review was put on months after job was complete with no contact made to resolve, if it was a washer issue or anything that was down to what was agreed. Communication is key to resolving things!

    Flushing causing blockage

    I like to thank Stephen for giving a 100% and more in finding a solution to my flushing and blockage problem and he will try to give you a fair price and I will be using him in the furture

    Fitting two toilet seats, one not straightforward.

    Leaking pipe in kitchen plus water overflow problem.

    Stephen arrived on time, found the source of the leak and liaised with the council to ascertain responsibility. In the meantime he fitted a new flushing system in a faulty wc. I would definitely use Stephen again. 5*

    Replace Garden Tap

    I would recommend Stephen, he was friendly, fast and tidy. Responding quickly and keeping me informed on progress at all stages. He understood what I was trying to achieve with a multi-way tap and came up with a great solution. He fixed it without a fuss and I wish I'd done it years ago.
