I would recommend Wayne to anyone who needs a bathroom up graded. I have had a wet room fitted in my very small bathroom, and I am so pleased with the workmanship, the advice, and couldn't have chosen anyone better to do the job, which only took 4 days. Wayne fitted a low level walk in shower for my elderly mother. He was very professional and was available for any questions or concerns we had throughout the job. The work was done to a high standard and all rubbish etc was removed. Wouldn't hesitate to hire Wayne again, thanks.

Wayne was completely professional from start to finish. He gave us some very good advice when he first came to see the job which ultimately saved us money. Fantastic professional job from start to finish with every aspect of customer care from first consultation through to the signing off of the job on the last day - Our requirement was to have full wet room conversion including full tiling to accommodate my wife's recent palliative diagnosis Wayne when requested to discuss our needs came out of his way bringing our appointment earlier to speed process up . Options and equipment discussed along with choices of tiles and specialist flooring selected First day whole bathroom stripped inc existing tiles and bathroom furniture To ensure existing carpets not damaged protective floor covering applied to all access points and stairs to avoid unnecessary damage Over the next few days several teams of tradesmen appeared to do their own specific works whether tiling, electrical, plumbing flooring or final fittings All very friendly professional and more importantly punctual .... Each travelling 25 miles plus to start work as agreed by our own needs which in our case was 8:30 Complete transformation was within a week with Wayne attending several times during this period to ensure customer satisfaction was being maintained Final day before handover was a further final snag list check which proved their policy of 100% satisfaction not only the customers but the companies too as small adjustment found and rectified that we didn't even notice This review is not made by anyone affiliated to Wayne or his company and was referred by another agency on my behalf therefore fully unbiased I can honestly say without the flexibility of Wayne and his contractors Andy, Ross, Keith, Paul, Martin and Wayne my wife wouldn't have had the opportunity to enjoy her wet room with the piece of mind that every conceivable need for her illness had been factored into her conversation Thanks for everything and 100% recommendation without hesitation Just remember to buy plenty of T Bags for Andy !

Wayne and his team converted the en-suite shower room at my mother's house into a wet room. Wayne visited on several occasions before beginning the work in order to check the details and to answer any of our questions. While the work was being completed he checked daily to ensure everything was being done to our satisfaction. The finish of the work is excellent. Wayne was most professional in his approach and very reliable. I have no hesitation in recommending him to you.
