Absolute 100% satisfaction from start to finish. After Wayne made contact he came to see me spent some time finding exactly what was required to suit my wife's needs and measured up the bathroom. Within 24 hrs he had e mailed a full quote itemising everything. His price was reasonable but more important was reliabilty. He did not let me down because Alan the plumber then attended and Wayne kept on popping in to drop off what was required, as needed and check on progress. He also added a couple of last minute extra items, with no added charge. On the last day Ian arrived to replace the floor covering Both Wayne and Alan are two true gentelmen and enjoyed their company whilst they were here and my wife is over the moon with the result I have no hesitation in recommending them for their professionism, reliabilty and standard of work.

I wanted a hand rail fitting in my mother’s house after she had a fall, so I posted on this site. I live in London and my mother is in Rossendale, so I would have to do all the arrange via email and phone. I had clear correspondence with Wayne, who was able to fit in the work quickly. My mother said he was very nice and has done a good job, so she is happy. I didn’t need to request pictures of the job to review it myself, Wayne sent me pictures as a matter of course. I have renovated a house, so have a good idea of how much jobs should cost, and Wayne’s quote was on the mark. I did receive quotes at twice the price. I am happy to recommend this trades man and would be happy to use him again for further work on my mother’s property.
