Great service, clean and tidy, fair price, punctual. He delivered everything he promised and more, even doing things that were not always the easiest and quickest way for him, but which left a better end result. A tradesman not wanting to cut corners....that speaks volumes on its own. I have already rehired him for other work, and can’t recommend a company better than I would for SMT Pluming based on the service he provide me. Condemned boiler and never returned quote to replace.Answer from tradesperson:
The boiler was condemned due to being unsafe, Customer also forgot to mention we switched all the water on turned and tested everything at very short noticed, I was off they day they requested but fitted the customer in as they were come up from down south day before me going into hospital. The customer was sent the Quote the next day after I visited, I typed the email address wrong in a rush before I went into the hospital, Customer never contacted me or my team to assist them. We contacted the customer with regards to this matter providing a shot of the email with the quote but was not happy as they had to get someone else

Prompt response from Steven and the boiler was fixed very quickly. We found Steven to be friendly and professional, whilst attending the job at my mums flat. Steven then followed up to inform me that the job was completed and contacted me again later to check everything was working well. I was impressed with him throughout and as a consequence gave him the job.I was not disappointed with the finished product.On arrival to start the work the whole work area was covered to ensure all carpets/flooring were protected. He gave me updates as the job progressed which was most appreciated.He was assisted by Craig and both were highly professional. Shortly after the old boiler and radiators were removed Steven had arranged for them to be uplifted which only enhanced my belief that I had made the right choice in hiring him.Once completed he gave me a full brief on the new boiler and all areas were hoovered and no mess left. Well done guys and thanks very much. I would have no hesitation in recommending this team. In fact, I've even asked them for a quote for work in the bathroom. Steven/Craig once again many thanks you were both a credit to your profession.
