    16ftx 8 ft room
    I had a date organised, emptied the room, wardrobes etc. But he didn't turn up. Apparently his van broke down. Said he would call me but l am still waiting. It has wasted my time as l took a week off work for this.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    Im very disapointed in this feedback as it is less than 24 hour since I spoke to you Ann and informed you that I was at the side of the road waiting on a tow truck. im still at home waiting on my van which is being repaired and will be ready for tomorrow. I have tried several times today to call you and update you on the situation but have had no reply. I also offered to do the work this weekend even though I cant work weekends due to childcare issues but have organised a sitter. I even offered to get a lift from my wife to help you move any furniture as I felt terrible. I am a very honest person who always tries to go that extra mile for customers and I apologise for any upset or inconvenience I have caused you. Kind Regards William

    bedroom needs skimmed

    William is very friendly and great to deal with. Brilliant communication from first contact. Turned up for quote and job when said and called to reconfirm prior to start date. Job was skimming a bedroom and the walls look great -even did an extra job while here. Tidied up after himself-nothing was too much bother and all at a good price. Very pleased. Hoping to use him again in near future for further work.

    Plaster Living Room

    Came in and got the job done within time frame stated. Straight-forward to deal with and priced well. All up, extremely happy with job and would use again. Only minor issue was some mess left on floor, but minor issue as I'm still working on the house. All-in-all definite value for money.

    plastering and laminate floor laid.
    William arrived on the date agreed and never stopped working until the jobs were complete.The workmanship was second to none and of a really high standard at a very good price.I would urge anyone to use his services as they will not be disappointed in his work from start to the small snagging jobs at the end are all done with a very good finish.I will have no hesitation in using and recommending Smooth Finish to family and friends.

    Repairing water damage patch and replastering ceiling.
    Work completed to high standard. Fast, efficient and polite service. No fuss, no mess and good price. Definitely use again and recommend.
