Ciprian was fantastic! I can’t recommend enough. Tenants reported a damp and mould issue. He made an initial diagnosis from pictures remotely providing suggested solutions, prices and expert advice. From me advertising the job he started it two days later adjusting his work schedule to fit in with my tenants availability over the four days. He not only completed the job to an excellent standard but also did additional work that was outside of his initial contract as a favour. Completely trustworthy, experienced and highly skilled. I’m very grateful for his assistance.

Ciprian was fantastic! previous unexperienced builders had completely ruined my loft, made a pipe leak causing damage to my ceiling, put extractor fan in without having the pipe leading outside causing more damage. Making me have even more trust issues. Then Ciprian called and fixed everything. He called me was very friendly and understanding. Came to my home the same day, discovered all that was wrong and made me aware of it. He came up with a solution, resolved the leaking pipe situation and put in passive ventilation without causing any damage to my bathroom tiles. There was a situation were a part of my ceiling had fallen off due to the damp, he fixed it to a standard were you wouldn't notice. Amazing man! He was just super and I highly recommend him to anyone. Super friendly, hard working and great results. Kind regards
