I booked Ciprion from Smart Building & Damp Proofing through MyBuilder, I also sent in photos of the cracks that needed repair to the front of my house. He was punctual on the day and I found him polite and friendly. He explained what he needed to do and set about the job straight away. He continually kept me updated with his progress and completed the work within the agreed time frame. Ciprian was first class, friendly and extremely professional. Excellent knowledge of his trade, with great attention to detail. I would recommend him to anyone. He helped rectify a mould issue and ceiling staining as well as working to help find the underlying issue with the origin of the water leak and then rectifying this once it was found given it originated from poor sealant work previously undertaken. He also went over and above to help with other minor issues that needed fixing at the property at the same time for no additional charge. He is a rarity in his trade, in that being efficient, clear with his work that he’s undertaking and also any issues that arise. Great quality of work and am very pleased with the results!
