We have been really happy with Cyprian job. He made it very well on a short period notice. He kept good communication thoughout the job as he had to come twice. Excellent plastering skills.

Very pleased with Ciprian. He completed the job in time and also assisted for free with a couple of other issues that I was having, so that was much appreciated.

Ciprian explained what he was going to do at each step to make sure I was happy with it, he protected my carpets and roof deck thoroughly, and cleaned up well once the works were complete. The job was done well with a good finish. I would definitely recommend smart building.

That was a perfect job, well done and clean. he explained what to do after and how to look after the ceiling properly as it is was the bathroom so pretty humid place not plaster friendly. I feel it was a bit pricy comparing with some previous jobs done at home but I would hire him again given his efficiency and rapid turn around (Booked on Sunday and job done Monday afternoon, so pretty impressive. Keeping constant communication if late, so not a single worry whatsoever).

Ciprian is a straight-forward guy to deal with. I had a problem with a part of the job he did at first. To be fair to Ciprian, he came straight back at the first convenient date and rectified the issue. I'm now very pleased with the end result and I'm not impressed very easily! Would use Ciprian again.

Very quick, clean and top quality finish

Excellent job at a reasonable price. It was a small job making good plaster round a newly installed window. Ciprian arrived when he said he would and took his time to do the job thoroughly. Highly recommended.
