He knows his stuff and he included me at every stage, explaining what was going on so I could watch the process. His work ethic is flawless, turning up at the exact hour and fulfilling everything he discussed and even going the extra mile. Very high standard of workmanship and incredibly clean and tidy, which mad the whole job very stress free. I had my 11momth old in the other room and we were not at all disturbed by him being there late into the afternoon. At short notice he helped us fixe two big holes in it lath and plaster ceiling.
