Paul was great. Explained everything even though at times didn't quite understand explained again. Very patient. I don't understand roofs! Had to delay day of job due to rain however Paul kept in contact and when one day I panicked thinking roof may come in, reassured over phone. I would highly recommend. I was worried about costs. Paul was not pushy and went with what I wanted. I asked him to do the initial leak but added stuff on due to his experience and knowledge. My decision not his. He just said how it was. Paul from the Roofing Firm came out to survey the Job within a couple of days and came back with a quotation in less than a week. I was impressed at his professionalism in all my dealings with him I awarded Paul and The Roofing Firm the job of repairing my roof and chimney and a date for repair was agreed. Despite being delayed several times by the weather, Paul and his team kept coming back until the job was done and, importantly, kept in touch to let us know what was happening. Paul is obviously an experienced roofer and well able to diagnose faults and recommend actions to remedy them. He works quickly with minimal fuss and is tidy and well-organised. The standard of Paul's work is good and his prices reasonable. At the end of the job, he tidied up properly and took all of his waste away. We would certainly have Paul back in future, and would happily recommend him to others.

Paul attended my house promptly to make an assessment of the work required. Quote received by email and was competitive. Start date arranged and Paul kept me informed of any changes due to weather conditions. Some additional work to the chimney was identified and completed during the re-roof. Good bunch of guys that Paul works with and I would recommend.

Paul replied promptly to my request for a quote and it was the most competitive. He and his team worked incredibly hard, the communication was excellent throughout and the site clean up spotless. In addition to replacing all roof felt, which involved displacing all the tiles, Paul replaced a skylight, sourced and fitted a light tunnel and spent time sourcing appropriate period replacement tiles for those that were damaged. The roof looks great and I would not hesitate to recommend him and his team.
