Once ask for Tanent contact details which were provided but no contact have been made..... really bad experience not recommended ......Answer from tradesperson:
Safeer was a very hard to please chap , we carried out all of the roofing work he asked of us and extras at no charge that he added on at the end . Safeer only wanted the minimum work done for his disrepaired rental property and when I explained that fixing the roof would not stop the poorly pointed brickwork causing ingress he said that he did not want the work done . Later he called me to tell Me he had ingress to a window reveal and I explained it was from the pointing I had advised him to have done , he wanted us to do the work for free and threatened us with bad feedback . I obviously refused . This is the First bad review we have ever had thanks Safeer Patel of course we will not be working for you again .i hope others can see through this .

We asked Dave to do far more than the chimney maintenance - tile replacement on our house roof, mending some valleys, sorting out our barge boards, replacing gutters and drainpipes, and replacing a bay window roof. Dave was efficient and friendly, always keeping me informed of progress and incredibly flexible to the growing demands upon his time! He was also able to demonstrate good flexible thinking to find the best ways of sorting out particular issues unique to our 1913 house. The work was carried out well and within the budget agreed - the site was always left clean and tidy. Dave completed quite a large refurbishment of my old rosemary tiled roof which included replacement of some window lintels and a large velux window. Both Dave and his colleague carried out the work to a good standard and attended daily until the job was finished. Great service and work on this job. Dave was really quick to respond and come and do a quote. The guys who did the job were friendly and professional, and cleaned up afterwards. There was a little hiccup with one if tiles which needed replacing but they didn't hesitate to resolve by trying to find a replacement and recouped the cost. Fantastic job, professionally and efficiently completed. Clean and tidy working. Did extra things for no extra charge. I will be getting them back for further jobs in the near future. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for, Dave was the only one with qualifications in his profile.
