Dave and his team were great. Dave was warm, friendly and professional. He did a great job removing a gas fireplace, capping it off, removing the surround, fitting a skirt and plastering/ skimming the chimney. I would recommend Dave :)

I asked DMB to undertake some chimney, roofing and conservation repairs on a period property. Overall I am satisfied with the work except two things. 1. The overall quality of the work with reference to the conservation is disappointing as the style and color of the pointing does not match the surrounding parts of the building and the mismatch is an eye-sore which will require me to pay someone more skilled to put it right. My concerns regarding the style of pointing being done by DMB was mentioned during the works but was not addressed. 2. The roof is still leaking. I have requested that DMB return to fix the leaking roof but I have yet to receive any reply several weeks on

Dave quickly out came to assess the property, he offered a solution and explained in detail the work required. We agreed a price and starting date. The job as now been completed or our satisfaction and we just await for the internal wall to dry out. As this job was in the stone guttering Dave took photographs both before and after to show the problem and the solution. I would certainly consider Dave for any similar work.

The repair was carried out to a high standard of workmanship. Job started and finished on time. Well satisfied and I would not hesitate to have any further work done by them.

Great quick response, provided a contact for a structural engineer who fitted me in quickly. From quote to job complete with building inspector approval it took about 8 days. Good professional job, would hire again .
