Great communication from Jacques and flexibility with regards coming to provide a quote and when the work could be carried out. Jacques was great, treating my job (a dripping mains tap) with the respect it deserved! Seriously though, Jacques was courteous and efficient and he arranged the job around when was convenient for me. I'd use him again in a heartbeat.
