Shannan and his team were very professional in installing my new fascia and guttering. They also repaired my flat roof, which another builder had made a mess of. We had a few issues with the weather, but the job was completed and looks lovely now. I would not hesitate to recommend Shannan and his company, to family and friends.

Good communication. Price was very reasonable, but after speaking to other contractors was particularly impressed with his knowledge. Am a landlord, and Shannan did work on the roof of my rental property - he was able to do work without actually meeting him, and accepted bank transfer. Sent me a lot of photos during the day. Also communicates well via different mediums - phone, email and whatsapp! Happy with his work

Excellent worker will hire again

Shannan and his team were fantastic, they did a brilliant job of removing my chimney and roofing over, everything was cleaned up and all rubble removed from site as quoted, and all done within a day and a couple of hours. Shannan is a hugely likeable young man who is very respectful and very polite, a great grafter, and turned up bang on time each day. I am so glad that I chose Shannan and his lads to do the work and I would highly recommend these lads. Thanks again guys. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’m happy with the work Shannan carried out, which involved installing 5 roof tile vents. He was able to give a fair quote for the job and the job itself was done to a good standard. I would recommend SCT property maintenance for future work.
