As soon as I put my advert on here, he was in touch promptly, arrangements were made to come and identify the problem of the leak coming from my roof and the job was booked in. Shannan and his team did an excellent job on 2 repairs that were required. They worked quickly, cleanly and were very professional and courteous. For both the quote and the actual job, they turned up when they said they would and the price was extremely reasonable. Shannan showed me photos (before and after) of the damage on the high roof and explained and physically showed me the repairs required on the lower levels. I am more than happy with the work carried out and can highly recommend Shannan and SCT Property Maintenance.

Shannan was great from get go. Answered messages quickly and then came up to price job. He had a good feel from when he came price the job so we decided upon hiring him. I was working away at time Shannan started the job, but my partner was there throughout shannan and his team were polite and curteous at all times and with the coronvirus pandemic with physical distancing etc my partner said he was great and followed all necessary protocols while at the house. Shannan kept me updated at the end of everyday with pics via whats app on how the job was progressing which i found was a nice touch. All in all job well done and would definitely have Shannan back again to do any other jobs that fall under his remit. Thanks again to Shannan and his team.
