Tommy was hired for the job I had advertised on myBuilder as he had a lot of good reviews and I had to arrange for keys to be sent to him without even meeting him in person once to get on with the job and to trust me to pay him at the end. He gave a competitive offer for the job and I had a good gut feel after reading the other reviews and chose him. He delivered an excellent job in painting the 4 bedroom house and extremely tidy too. He also hired a handy man to tidy up the garden and spruce up the external condition of the house. I should say an outstanding job was done and I highly recommend him. His work caught the eye of the estate agent who asked about who had done the job and has now asked for his contact details to be in touch for future work. Thanks Tommy and hopefully we will do business in the future and keep up the good work!

Tommy did a good job on the refurb we hired him for, the refurbishment of a 100m2 Commercial Shop unit. The costs came in as expected and the work was completed as agreed and on time. Would happily to recommend to others.

Tommy did a fantastic job. He painted all the walls of the house, all the windows and doors, kitchen units, half the wooden floors and some other bits and pieces. Always turned up when he said he would, worked incredibly hard and all to budget and time limits. Very happy and I would highly recommend him!

Work was carried out as quoted. Tommy arrived when he said he would and kept in contact about the work. Area was kept clean and tidy and all mess was removed when the work was complete.

Tommy and his team were brilliant. Friendly and easy going. Total professionals. They answered any questions I had about the job, before and during the work. Prior to the work being carried out they helped me on the day by moving heavy furniture and replaced them back before they left. I am really pleased with the work they have carried out, excellent value for the work that needed done on my house and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I saw Tommy on site to assess the job--he was very critical of some of the plastering work which we jointly discussed with the professional plasterer I had employed in order to improve certain walls. After a few days of discussing the job and agreeing a price--Tommy was reluctant to agree a maximum price--he agreed to start 2 weeks later. The day before he wrote saying he'd overheard me speaking to the plasterer who had been working hard for six weeks and whom I had got to know-- and was unhappy with what I'd said. Can't recall but knew it wasn't anything bad or rude. I wrote apologising and said I just wanted to keep all tradesmen harmonious on the job. Tommy then said he'd start next day--I advised my other tradesmen to expect him but he never showed up ! This has set my completion dates back considerably now until I re advertise the job and go through the whole process again. I can't comment about Tommy's work as he didn't show up to start. I would caution anyone wishing to employ him to be extremely careful and certainly make sure you have everything agreed in writing in advance. VERY unprofessional approach to leave me in the lurch
