I have been trying to find a painter for over 12 months. Tommy had a quote submitted and the job completed within 7 days! Fantastic!

Job completed to high standards at price and time scale agreed. Tommy kept us informed all through the week. It was a big project and we were happy with the work and price. Would use Tommy again.

Tommy carried out damp proofing and plastering for us on our holiday home in Ayton. The work carried out exceeded our expectations. It was done to a high standard and all debris cleaned up. Communication was good at all times. He turned what was a damp unwelcoming living room into a really nice place to be. Great job on my new build house, highly recommended

I am so grateful to Tommy and his team who transformed my house from a filthy damaged house by a former tenant to a house which is now ready for sale. Communication was by email and text as I live 500 miles away and I can say he is a man of his word and is totally trustworthy. His quote which he kept to was extremely reasonable and the work that was carried out by he and his team was excellent. His willingness to help me with extras that arose throughout the job never faltered. All that remains is to say thank you so much.

Tommy make a great job of painting the exterior of my house as well as removing old balconies and installing new ones. Plus painting a room inside. He turned on on time and tidied up after work each day. I would employ him again and would recommend him for similar work.

A survey was promptly done and a quote promptly produced. The work (stripping plaster, injecting damp course, adding a plastic membrane, replastering) was also done promptly, tidily, to a good standard and to budget. The work came with a 30 year guarantee from Westminster Guarantee Protection (Trustees) Ltd. (as far as I can tell, this is good insurance, but it obviously has not been tested yet). I can recommend Tommy as hardworking, trustworthy and straightforward to deal with, and I intend to use him again in the near future.

Very happy with work carried out by Tommy and his colleague despite the discovery of a leak and so not all works able to be carried out. Professional and courteous at all stages - job started on time with additional painting undertaken - all for a very reasonable rate - absolutely no hesitation in recommending Scotia. Thank you!

I hired Tommy of Scotia because of his fair price for painting my whole flat. He was able to start the job straightaway, he thought it would take 4 days but him and his colleague finished the job in 3 days. Excellent job, very polite always kept me informed, always on time, very tidy,would highly recommend Tommy.
