Very efficient done within a week fantastic job as good as new would %100 recommendations

Speedy Sam Smith! Almost immediate response when contacted. Came and discussed what needed doing, explaining what was urgent and what could wait. When we had decided what was necessary Sam offered me an estimate and came to do the work within 48 hours. Levi and John arrived in the morning and got to work straight away. They were very courteous and polite and happy to explain what they were doing and why. It was noticed that some lead flashing had fallen from the chimney so Sam gave me a quote for that work and it was all done together. All clean and tidy now. Many thanks to all involved!

After he came to assess the roof, Sam agreed to take on the job but subsequently failed to turn up twice, despite being contacted to find out when he was coming. So I gave up and contacted another roofer, who came out and completed the job straight away. I wouldn't waste my time with Sam again.

Quick very efficient response. Job done in a morning all visible repairs done all guaranteed for 10 years . Rubbish all taken away and left tidy.

Great job by Sam and the team in providing a quick and prompt service of a replacement of two long roof valleys on a low pitch roof which other roofers turned down due to size and complexity of the job. They were able to action the work within a day in a rainy period providing photographs to review and also provide the assurance of having a 15 year guarantee of the works carried out. Sam was a pleasure to deal with and I would be happy to use again in future and recommend his services to others. Great job guys, much appreciated!
