Absolutely awful - do not hire. I hired Sam to replace the shed roof and to replace a transparent perspex roof over a porch. The work on the shed was completed, but I'm not convinced it will last 2 winters. The edged of the felt are not fully sealed and they did not replace the plywood as requested. This remains in place and rotten. But the porch roof replacement was the biggest drama of all. First, the job was bodged with the multiwall polycarb sheeting put on falling in the wrong direction and it leaked terribly. Then after multiple failed attempts to fix it, he threatened me with returning and removing the whole job and leaving me without a roof. came on site 26th March provided a quote, reasonable price agreed for work to be proceed. Tradesman Usual will be couple if days days end of the week, excused for good friday and weekend countless times chasing finally promised nearly 2 weeks later for 8th April, 8.00am waited all morning and weather was fine for roofing work, No Show, tried phone calls and text messages. Review left on 23 Feb 2024Rating: 5 out of 5- Guttering repair **Customer description** Hi. I am after someone to repair a downpipe. Wind blew the part that connects to the guttering. Only a small section been damaged by the wind, with most of it still intact. There is about half a metre of it missing(62mm,square, white) and a T section that goes into a 62mm with the stop end. Missing parts proved to be quite tricky for me to find, so they will need to be supplied. Thank you
