Very poor experience from start to finish. The job involved a flat roof installation, but the price was increased during the work without proper justification. The overall workmanship was extremely poor, and despite three separate attempts to fix ongoing leaks, the issue remains unresolved. It is also clear that corners were cut in areas not immediately visible, which has contributed to the ongoing problems. Communication throughout was terrible, and I ultimately had to involve another company to deal with the issue properly. I am highly dissatisfied and will be considering further action, including legal steps, to recover my losses. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Sam and the lads was amazing, kept me in the loop through the whole job, showed pictures and videos of everything that was discussed and all work that was completed. Very polite, turned up when they stated they would, left everything as they found it and a high quality job has been done. Defo would recommend.
