    Leaking roof Canvey Island
    Ryan was very quick to attend my house to quote for a leaking roof. He took pictures of the area that needed repair to show me. My chimney stack was in a bad way and the recommendation was to remove it as not it use. Received an on the spot quote, the area was made water tight until they could return to remove the chimney stack and repair the roof. Ryan came back on the Sunday having quoted on the Friday. The roof was repaired. Since then we have had rain and there has been no leaks. I am grateful for the quick response and repair.

    New oval covering tile required over roof tiles
    Had job competed by Ryan. More work than he originally estimated but stuck to quote and completed work to a very good standard, and all mess cleared up, none left at all. Cannot rate him high enough. Not being very trusting with past experiences found Ryan to be a breath of fresh air. Really friendly, honest and to me trustworthy. Am having him back to do more work and would recommend him to anyone who needs a very good job done by a really great person. Peter Mansfield.

    Roof vent
    Turned up on time got straight to work, respired a few extra things along the way at no extra charge and completed the work at the agreed price. It’s been raining heavily and no leaking from roof so job done properly. Will be using in the future

    Replace a few slate tiles & Air extraction through roof
    A lot of time wasted trying to purchase materials unsuccessfully. A felt alternative was used as an option that seemed to fix the problem so far, but not sure this will last. Labour took 15mins for a job which I felt was not executed properly and charged the original quote. A bit disappointed.

    I'm sorry that Edward has posted this feedback after telling us that he was happy with the work. We priced the job at a fixed and reasonable price, as we always do and this was agreed. Although 15 minutes is an exaggeration, our customers usually appreciate that there are a lot more resource and time costs involved in a job than simply the time on site. That aside though, our prices are always fair and the vast majority of our customers recognise this. Our professional track record, including on MyBuilder demonstrates our expertise and quality of work and even though Edward has unfairly thrown this into question without basis, I hope anyone reading this will look at all our reviews to get a clear idea of what they can expect from our service.

    Roof repair /Renewal
    Hired Ryan roofing to renew my roof new guttering and fascias highly delighted with standard of work great team of roofers always polite and tidy considering awful weather conditions 10/10

    Roof repair (Bungalow Valley)
    Ryan responded quickly and fixed the roof the next. He explained the fix and did the work there and then. Thanks Ryan for you excellent service.

    Leaky roof
    Ryan was the first to reply and visited us promptly. Work has been completed very quickly and there were no problems with leaky roof so far. Very happy with the result, I do recommend hiring Ryan.

    Guttering Fitting
    Ryan and his team did a great job. The guys were professional and friendly and did a clean and tidy job replacing by soffits/facias and installing my guttering. Very happy with the work and would highly recommend. 👍👍👍

    Replacement tile for my roof
    Arrived a bit later than he said, but once here the work was carried out quickly and of a good quality,would use him again without any hesitation.
