Clear dead moss off of bungalow roof
Ryan visited my home, saw the job was too big for him, said it was too big for him and that he would need help so the price increased.
Came back with his father / father in law (can't remember the relationship) who said that he wasn't going to do the job. Ryan apologised and they drove off.
Beginning to notice a pattern in our modern world, too many tradesmen are not visiting jobs but relying on photos or google earth in order to price a job then when they attend site and see actual jobs they find that a job is too big for them (photos are very deceptive - sizing, colour etc not accurate). I used to be an electrician and used to allocate a day for viewing jobs, would suggest that current breed of tradesmen do the same.

Unfortunately pictures are very deceiving and you didn’t actually take pictures of the whole job from the start. Also without scaffolding this would have been almost impossible to carry out the works and far from safe. You don’t want to pay out for scaffolding and we wasn’t going to put our lives at risk to clean your roof. Sorry we couldn’t be of any help , clearly out the 61 reviews I have your the only unhappy customer yet we didn’t even carry out any works for you . Kind regards Ryan Roofing
