Very nice and friendly guy and the job was done great

Appointment within 24 hours of contact (could have been same day had I been home). Mum recruited the following day as I was in work. She was very impressed, arrived on time and tidied up after himself.

Ray got in touch almost immediately and arrived promptly the following day to complete the work as arranged. He completed the investigation, finding the root cause of the problem in short order, made everything safe, gave me several options to rectify the fault - then completed the work - finishing to a high standard, and within the agreed time. I am highly satisfied with the good standard of the work and the sound safety advice freely given. Ray is also an amiable bloke, and clearly a very experienced electrician. Highly recommended - the next electrical job I have - has got Rays name on it!
