Within 5 minutes of placing my job Ray had messaged me with a rough estimate and arranged to call the very same day. The jobs were done the same day and with no difficulties and all at the rate Ray had mentioned in his initial message. I was very impressed with his service and would not hesitate to contact him again should I have any plumbing issues. Cheers Ray.

Can’t fault Ray in any way, sorted the job quickly turned up when he said he would - tidy job and very helpful and all for a reasonable price. Would recommend and will use again.

We found RW on google search and Ray was brilliant he was at my property within the hour we had a major leak, he traced it to a blown soldered joint behind a false wall, he made as less damage as possible to find the leak, and came back the next day to make good at no extra charge. Ray now does regular work for us and my friends.

I posted this job on a Sunday, after speaking to Ray I explained the gas fire was well overdue a service, and the wife had been getting headaches lately, he told me turn the fire of and he would come round straight away, there was a large dead bird in the flue, he removed and serviced the fire like new again, we got him to service the boiler and check are heating system why he was here, we will be keeping him busy for a while electrics need sorting as well.
