An awful experience - Do not use. This is the 5th time I've edited this review after agreeing to a refund from Wes - all for him to not repay on time & now he's ignoring my messages again I hired Wes based on the good reviews on here which I now believe to be bought - all his recent reviews seem to be bad. Start to finish the job was awful. He gave a good quote and did the work quickly but the work was shoddy. Some highlights - - removing roof tiles & replacing with felt without telling me - not covering the roof so when it rained my downstairs ceiling was ruined - constant lies about when someone would come out to sort the work - smashed my ridges and replaced awfully with plastic caps - agreed and confirmed 32 separate repair appointments that no one ever turned up to and with no apology or explanation........... 18 months after the work was originally done I'm still trying to get a refund back from Wes. He agreed to a repayment plan and then didn't stick to it. AVOID

It took a little longer than I first thought but we ended up with a good, well fitted roof. The roofers got the lad'a seal of approval too.

Roof Professionals gave a competitive quote, arrived promptly and got the job done in a timely manner. The gutters were scraped through due to moss being stuck. Friendly and helpful.

The whole process from enquiry to completed job went really smoothly. Wes was a pleasure to deal with and as far as I could tell they did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend.

Very poor quality of work. I've had a misfortune of hiring this person twice and twice had very poor experience. Very expensive (Paid £800 to repoint just two short roof joins and one tile) but got poor workmanship. Mortar used either of poor quality or improperly mixed and applied: it started cracking within few days and falling out after several weeks. If you call this company to fix the issues, they will keep feeding you promises like someone will call you back or drop by but they are very reluctant to fix incompetent work. In the end, when they do come out to fix it, the end result is still poor. The roof mortar they use still keeps falling out. When it fell out, it damaged our car, and now we have to hire someone new and pay them again. Not recommended.

From phone call to having the job completed, to a high standard, took about an hour. Brilliant service. Thank you.
